"I what?" Merlin whispered to himself.

"M...Ma-magic!???" He screamed and ran to Arthur.

They went into the prince's chambers and Merlin closed the door and looked at Arthur who was smiling at him.

"What..." Merlin gulped dryly.

"What about magic?" He asked, shaking.

"You told me...when you didn't know who you where..." Arthur said calmly.

"Arthur..." Merlin called.

"Yeah?" The prince asked.

"I'm sorry..." Merlin breathed and felt himself break, tears fell down his face.

"Arthur i'm so sorry i lied to you!" Merlin cried.

"Merlin..." Arthur said, moving closer to the man.

The man covered his face with his hands, sobbing lightly, apologizing repeatedly.

"Merlin..." The man called.

"I'm sorry..." The man gasped.

"It's alright..." Arthur said, placing his hand on Merlin's shoulder.

"I was born with it, i'm sorry...!" Merlin cried and embraced Arthur tightly, crying into his shirt.

Arthur hugged back.

"Merlin, i'm okay with it...like you said, it couldn't be helped..." Arthur said gently.

"I'm still sorry though!" Merlin wailed.

"You said you protect me...i'm not my father you know, i know a loyal man when i see one...a forever loyal one at that..." Arthur smiled.

Merlin smiled into Arthur's shirt.

"You really think so?" He croaked.

"I know so you idiot..." Arthur said and broke the hug.

"-And...i know you..."  Arthur said and wiped Merlin's tears away.

"You're loyal to the end, and your kind...i know you don't have a single evil bone in your body...hell i know you'll never ever want to hurt me or Camelot..."

"I wont, i wont, i'll never do that ever!" Merlin said.

"Calm down you twit...it's fine, i know that, you don't need to repeat yourself..." Arthur said and laid his arm around Merlin's shoulder.

"Now, let's go to a waterfall, i think we need a break..."

"Oh yeah, what was that about?" Merlin asked.

"Nothing...lets say...you where nice company..." Arthur said, blushing as he kicked away a daisy chain that lay on the chamber floor as well as love cards and poetry.
